Even though we make sure that each product is delivered according to your expectations, there is always a chance that problems can occur. This return and refund policy is made to provide a hassle-free return and refund process.
Conditions for Return and Refund
We allow return and provide a refund based on the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the product you have received is damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Orders: If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Non-Perishable Items: Only non-perishable items may be returned subject to inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Perishable goods such as cakes, pastries, and other food items.
- Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.
Process for Returns and Refunds

- Approval: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll confirm whether it’s eligible for a return or refund.
- Refund or Replacement: We will process your refund or replacement after receiving and checking the returned item within 7-10 business days. The refund is processed to your bank account.
